This industrial property is well located in the port area of Houston. 1401 S. 16th Street was presold to a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). SWB’s investment was ideal because a buyer was identified early on in the process and construction was swift, enabling our investors to receive an excellent return on their investment in just 12 months.
